Mission

Sousla responsabilit de la Directrice du Service Billetterie le DataAnalyst (H/F) aura les missions suivantes sans que cellesci nesoient exhaustives:


1.Optimisation et analysesbusiness

  • Analysesr guli res de la performance billetterie et site web de nosartistes et salles durant la vie commerciale desmanifestations
  • Optimisationdes canaux de ventes selon les performances dechacun
  • Recommandationsd action billetterie en fonction des r sultatsobtenus
  • AnalysesAdhoc selon les demandes du d partement ouGroupe.


2.Gestion de l outil d di au reporting et l analyse desventes

  • Finalisationvolution et optimisation de l outil d di mis en uvre au sein duservice
  • Intgration progressive de sources de donn es externes labilletterie
  • Intgration progressive de l outil aupr s des divers interlocuteurs etaccompagnement dans l adoption de cetoutil
  • Collaborationavec les divers services pour cr ation et optimisation desdashboards et suivi des Kpi de chaque activit


3.Mise en place de grilles tarifaires et optimisation des revenusdurant la vie commerciale des manifestations selon plusieurs critres:

  • Analysedu potentiel de l artiste du spectacle ou de lasalle.
  • Analysede l historique billetterie d une pr c dente tourn e ou spectaclesimilaire
  • Benchmarkd artistes ou spectacles similaires de notori t quivalente ou despectaclessimilaires
  • Miseen place de grilles tarifaires volutives durant la vie commercialedes manifestations afin de mieux coller la demande et auremplissage par catgorie.
  • Faired couler de ces grilles tarifaires des budgets billetteries etpoints d atterrissagepotentiels.

  • Issu(e)d une formation BAC4minimum
  • Vousmaitrisez la suite Office (Word / Excel /Outlook)
  • Vousmaitrisez Tableau ou un outil similaire d analyse de donnes
  • Vousavez un bon esprit de synth se et danalyse
  • Voustes rigoureux(se) r actif(ve) organis (e) prcis(e)
  • Vousavez un bon relationnel et vous savez faire preuve dinitiatives
  • Vousaimez le travail enquipe


Comptences minimum attendues:

  • Exprience de 3 ans en tant que Data Analyst et non pas "dveloppeur" ( en dehors de stage et alternance)
  • Excellentesprit synth tique/danalyse et tr s laise avec leschiffres
  • Trs bonrelationnel
  • Arrivevulgariser facilement des donn escomplexes
  • Profilqui connait le secteur du divertissement ou du moins qui d montreun vrai int rt
  • Profilqui a d j travaill dans un secteur complexe rythme soutenu(divertissement grande distributionetc)
  • Anoter : poste en lien direct avec la Directrice Billetterie (donnes complexes traiter) lien en direct avec leDG
