WhatYou ll BeDoing:

  • HRSupport AcrossSites:Be the first point of contact for HR matters supporting employeesand managers across variouslocations.
  • EmployeeRelationsExpert:Manage and resolve a variety of ER cases including disciplinariesgrievances performance issues and employment tribunals withconfidence.
  • Guidethe Employee LifeCycle:Support managers through the entire employee life cycle recruitmentonboarding performance management and exitprocesses.
  • Train& EmpowerManagers:Coach and guide managers on people management practices ensuringthey re wellversed in HR policies and bestpractices.
  • Compliance& PolicyUpdates:Keep uptodate with changes in employment law and ensure that our HRpolicies are compliant and reflective of currentlegislation.
  • ProjectSupport:Collaborate on HR projects manage timelines and ensure the deliveryof highqualityresults.
  • BuildRelationships:Lead regular meetings with department managers ensuring HRinitiatives are communicated effectively and consistent practicesarefollowed.
  • CrossfunctionalCollaboration:Work closely with other teams including wellbeing safety andpostincident management ensuring alignment andsupport.
  • ContinuousImprovement:Identify opportunities for HR system improvements and makerecommendations for streamliningprocesses.
  • DataDrivenDecisions:GenerateHR data reports and insights to support decisionmaking within theleadershipteam.


Requirements
  • CIPDLevel 5 or equivalent qualification is highlydesirable.
  • Provenexperience in Employee Relations (ER) with a track record ofhandling complex cases from start tofinish.
  • Strongknowledge of employment law and HR bestpractices.
  • Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills you re a good listener andclear communicator who can build relationships at alllevels.
  • Attentionto detail and a methodical approach towork.
  • Timemanagement and organisational skills you can juggle multiplepriorities and deliver ondeadlines.
  • Flexibilityand adaptability to meet the changing needs of thebusiness.
  • Abilityto work independently while also being a teamplayer.
  • StrongIT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)and HRsystems.
