Minutesto Seconds is looking for a Customer Service Representative in aPermanent role inMelbourne.



RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have a strong background incustomer order management processes experience with Remedy ServicePortal and network systems and a proven track record in continuousbusiness improvement initiatives. This role involves supportingoperational support and change management processes highlightingoperational risks and maintaining a risktracker.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • CustomerOrder Management: Manage and improve customer order managementprocesses to enhance operationalperformance.
  • SystemExperience: Utilize Remedy Service Portal and network systems foroperationalsupport.
  • ContinuousImprovement: Identify gaps and validate requirements to improveoperationalperformance.
  • OperationalSupport: Provide support for operational changes and manage changeprocesses for upcoming ITchanges.
  • RiskManagement: Identify and highlight operational risks and challengesmaintaining a comprehensive risktracker.
RequiredQualifications andExperience:
  • Experience:Minimum of 3 years in a technical solution telecommunicationoperationalenvironment.
  • ProcessImprovement: Proven ability to define and support new process andprocess improvementprojects.
  • BusinessAcumen: Strong general business acumen with practical specialist ortechnicalskills.
  • CustomerManagement: Experience and knowledge in customer connection andordermanagement.

Demonstrated experience implementing secure web based businesssolutions, specifically: experience developing web APIs using AzureAPI Manager and customer facing web portal development using .NETFramework (including .NET Core) and ASP.NET Experience developingsingle-page web applications using either Angular 7+ or ReactDemonstrated experience in Azure based solution implementation,including: Azure technologies, such as: Azure Logic Apps, Azure SQLand Azure Service Bus and Azure API Manager Azure DevOps and VisualStudio for code development, management, repositories anddeployments (CI/CD) integrating custom built apps with third-partysystems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
