Previous residential childcare is essential, as is a diploma is Residential Childcare (or close to completion). A keen interest in outdoor and adventure activities is also essential.Esland are driven to changing children’s’ lives for the better by providing the best-in-class specialist services. 

We are looking for nurturing and supportive people, who can give our children high levels of therapeutic care and help them to achieve amazing outcomes. Due to industry regulations, applicants must be over 21 and have right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we cannot offer sponsorship.
