Work Schedule: 4 days on, followed by 6 days off (including overnight shifts). Our organization operates year-round, with schedules provided in advance.

Compensation: £39,762 to £42,804 annually,* with potential for additional earnings through overtime at a premium rate. Esland Care is committed to enhancing the lives of children through exceptional specialized services.

Qualifications:

  • At least 12 months of experience in a children's residential care environment
  • Level 3 (or higher) qualification in residential childcare (or at least 50% completed)
  • Valid UK driving license
  • Passion for outdoor and adventure-based activities
  • Eligibility to work in the UK without restrictions
  • Familiarity with Ofsted standards and best practices
  • Commitment to Esland's values, employing a therapeutic, person-centered approach to childcare
  • Minimum age of 21
