Work Schedule: 4 days on, followed by 6 days off (including overnight shifts). Rotas will be provided in advance.

Compensation: £36,720 to £39,060 annually.* Additional opportunities for overtime at enhanced rates.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in a children's residential care environment (preferred)
  • Level 3 (or higher) diploma in residential childcare (preferred)
  • Valid UK driving license
  • Unrestricted right to work in the UK

  • Enthusiasm for outdoor and adventure-based activities
  • Minimum age requirement of 21
