Esland Care is committed to providing high-quality, therapeutic services to children in need. We are seeking a Children's Adventure Care Worker to join our team of dedicated professionals.

As a Children's Adventure Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing nurturing and supportive care to children in our two-bed service. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring that each child receives the best possible support to achieve their outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in children's residential care and a Level 3 diploma in residential childcare. You will also have a full driving licence and be able to provide a full Enhanced Disclosure.

We are looking for someone who shares our values of taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare and has a keen interest in outdoor and adventure activities. If this is you, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, therapeutic care to children in our two-bed service
  • Develop and implement individual care plans with our team
  • Support children to achieve their outcomes and participate in outdoor/adventure activities
  • Work closely with our team to ensure that each child receives the best possible support
