We are seeking a nurturing and supportive individual to join our team as a Children's Residential Care Worker. As a key member of our team, you will provide high levels of therapeutic care to our young people, helping them to achieve amazing outcomes.

About the Role

As a Children's Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing a safe and supportive environment for our young people. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring that each child receives the support they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high levels of therapeutic care to our young people
  • Develop and implement individual care plans
  • Work closely with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people
  • Participate in outdoor and adventure activities with our young people
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a children's residential care home (desirable)
  • A level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (desirable)
  • A Full driving licence issued in the UK
  • Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
  • A keen interest in outdoor and adventure activities
  • Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
