We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing individual to join our team as a Children's Adventure Care Worker. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality therapeutic care and support to our young people.

About the Role

As a Children's Adventure Care Worker, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our young people. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each child receives the support they need to thrive.

Essential Requirements
  • Experience in a children's residential care home (desirable)
  • A level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (desirable)
  • A Full driving license issued in the UK
  • Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centered approach to childcare
  • A keen interest in outdoor and adventure activities
  • Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
