Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Demand Analyst who will report into and support the In Life Change (ILC) Demand Lead in analysing, forecasting and prioritising demand for ILC at Smart DCC; interfacing with DCC's customer relationship team, REC CO (Retail Energy Code Company) and SEC (Smart Energy Code) on creating 'effective' demand, managing pipeline with Service Providers – with particular emphasis on strong medium to long term planning (, over a 18–36-month horizon).

The ideal candidate will preferably have some experience with IT demand analysis, generally strong analytical skills, the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and have a proven track record of:

• Being able to set and achieve professional goals.

• Collaborating effectively to solve problems.

• Supporting team members and colleagues when needed.

• Demonstrating resilience in the face of challenge situations.

What will you be doing?

· Understand the strategic planning and goals of the ILC business side and support the Demand Lead in formulating the corresponding delivery backlog to align with business goals to effectively and proactively drive ’good demand’ from Smart Energy Code (SEC) and Retail Energy Code (REC).

· Support capacity and resource planning to ensure resources are effectively utilized, delivery risks are mitigated, and changes are delivered in a cost-effective manner.

· Support integration of demand management with operational change delivery processes.

· Maintain strong relationships with colleagues from various Service Families internally, and externally with 3rd party service providers.

· Explore and implement best practices to proactively provide constructive suggestions and solutions for business requirements in line with regulatory requirements outlined in the Smart Energy Code (SEC).

· Maintain a register of business requests, route requests to the right place, and report on the status of each request.

What are we looking for?

· Experience of planning / forecasting/

· Working knowledge of ITIL

· Understanding of the project lifecycle and experience working on complex IT projects

· Ability to identify risks Initiative and drive to continuously improve skills, automate repetitive tasks, and streamline data operations processes for increased efficiency and productivity.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Agile or Scrum Master certification

• ITIL Foundation
