Salesforce Business Analyst Opportunity

At TechOhana, we're seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in analyzing business needs and designing Salesforce solutions that drive success.

About the Role:

  • Work with our team to gather and define integration requirements, ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce and other platforms.
  • Develop scalable integration solutions using Mulesoft, Salesforce's integration platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to engage them through visual collaboration on workflows using Mural.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation using Confluence, ensuring all team members are aligned on project goals, timelines, and progress.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in API integrations and a strong understanding of API architecture and design.
  • Experience with Mulesoft and its ability to develop APIs and integrations across cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Familiarity with Telco business processes and challenges, particularly when defining and refining Salesforce solutions that meet the unique demands of the industry.
