Our service user is a beautiful 3-year-old girl who lives in her family home in Kettering. She requires support with her complex and clinical care needs throughout the night on a 1:1 basis.

A key aspect of this role involves ensuring her safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the night.

Main duties of the job

She enjoys a variety of activities, including swimming, dancing, and playing on her piano. Additionally, she loves spending time outdoors, where she likes to observe all different types of nature and wildlife.

Throughout the night you will provide support with her personal care, moving and handling, making close observations, and attending to her clinical care needs when required. You will maintain a calm, soothing environment to ensure a restful nights sleep.

Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

We have the following shifts available

Part Time Nights 10pm 8am Monday, Wednesday & Sunday

Take a look at our pay rates

Weeknights: £ per hour (£140 approx. per 10-hour shift)

Weekends: £ per hour (£145 approx. per 10-hour shift)

Bank Holiday: £ per hour (£150 approx. per 10-hour shift)

Job responsibilities

The role of a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) is to work without direct supervision in the home of the service user providing care and support including personal, social, and domestic support whilst adhering to the service users individual care and support plan.

The aim of the position is to enable service users to remain safely in their own home with as much independence as possible.

Alongside providing care and support in a professional, discreet, and caring manner, always ensuring the service users right to privacy and dignity is maintained
