Kettering is a market and industrial town in Northamptonshire, with a population of around 63,675. The present town grew in the 19th century with the development of the boot and shoe industry and it has a growing commuter population due to direct train links to London.

Lakeside Healthcare at Headlands Surgery has 10,031 patients registered and is rated as GOOD with CQC. We have a strong team ethos and believe that including those delivering the service in decisions are key to the best patient outcomes so management actively engage with all parts of the surgery to achieve this.

We have created a supportive environment through clinical supervision, team and quality meetings and an open and honest working relationship across our team.

We continue to invest in the training and development of our nursing team and recognise the importance of personal as well as organisational development.

As a practice we like to undertake projects to improve both patient and staff experience and have recently signed up to the Green Impact Toolkit for Practices. We also enjoy supporting local and national charitable events and regular social events.
