We are looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality one-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in their own home.


Meet our service user


Our service user is a lovely young girl who lives with her mum in Kettering, she requires support throughout the night on a 1:1 basis.

She enjoys swimming, dancing and playing with her piano and sensory toys. She also likes to be outdoors where she enjoys looking at all the trees.


Throughout the night you will be required to attend to her complex and clinical care needs, support with personal care, moving & handling, regular monitoring and offering comfort and reassurance when needed to promote a restful night's sleep.


Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

Essential Experience Required

  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Medication Administration
  • Personal Care
  • Moving and Handling

Desirable Experience

  • Gastrostomy Experience
  • Seizure Management

We have the following shifts available;

  • Part Time Nights
  • 1 Shift Per Week (Potential for more hours over different packages)
  • 10pm 8am

Weeknights :
£13.50 per hour (£135 approx. per shift)

Saturday :
£14.00 per hour (£140 approx. per shift)

Sunday :
£14.00 per hour (£140 approx. per shift)

Bank Holiday :
£15.00 per hour (£150 approx. per shift)

This is a personally rewarding role where you can build on your skills and experience, whilst delivering exceptional care and support to our service user, really making an impact on his day-to-day life.
