Your Role:
As a Case Admin, you'll be the backbone of our admin team, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve:
- Database Management: Keep accurate offender and victim information up-to-date.
- Effective Communication: Manage referrals and maintain vital relationships with external agencies.
- Record Keeping: Prepare and maintain case files and management information.
- Reception and Enquiries: Provide top-notch customer service and handle enquiries with professionalism.
- Support Services: Arrange appointments, handle petty cash, and support with meetings and documentation.
