Director of Operational Excellence Position:We are seeking a Director of Operational Excellence to guide our strategic planning efforts and elevate our performance management practices. Your responsibilities will include pinpointing opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency and advancing our approach to measuring and managing performance. The role demands an individual with a robust background in bringing strategic visions to fruition and driving performance optimisation.
- Direct the creation and execution of operational excellence initiatives, coordinating closely vital stakeholders (PMO, IT, HR, etc.)
- Facilitate company planning and performance management processes, working in close partnership with Strategy teams and Extended Leadership to ensure cohesive execution and alignment
- Collaborate with management to define and prioritise company focus areas
- Communicate progress, results, and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Minimum of 10 years of total professional experience, including at least 5 years specifically in operational excellence or related fields. Experience in project management and strategic planning. Experience with OKRs framework and performance management methodologies.
