Performance Strategy Director Role & Responsibilities

As Performance Strategy Director, you will have control of performance strategy, processes and growth across the entire strategy and planning team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Work across a mixture of channels such as PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic: And above the line channels such as TV, Radio, and OOH.
  • Be heavily involved in the digital marketing planning and strategy.
  • Managing multiple client accounts, being responsible for client communications and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Be involved in new business acquisition and pitches.
  • Use tools such as Touchpoint, Similar web, YouGov, TGI etc.


Your Skills & Experience

You will be supported to work in a hybrid and flexible environment, with any. The business does, however, ask that you have:

  • 6+ years of experience in Digital marketing including Planning and Strategy.
  • Experience working across multiple digital marketing/media platforms.
  • Experience working in, or a strong knowledge of multiple performance marketing verticals: Paid Media, TV, OOH etc.
  • Previous experience working in an agency setting.
  • Demonstrable experience owning client relationships.
