Therole:

You are required to managethe permanent yard staff and site support staff when required -Ideally leading/supervising a team of 6-12 staff. You will workclosely with Workshop Management (WSM) and communicate progress andany issues around Health and Safety, staffing level, loads in orout or supporting levels, forming close links between the variousWS departments for flow of works, having clear communication, andforward planning between departments is key to deliverable dates.Working with Plant managers regarding the scrapping of redundantPlant.

Whowe're looking for:

An experiencedyard manager who keeps health and safety a major priority.Experience in lifting operations and Plant operations. Goodorganisational skills, Ability to demonstrate good man management.Attention to detail and accuracy when completing QA documents areessential.
