Key Responsibilities:
- HR Support: Assist with recruitment processes, from posting jobs and scheduling interviews to onboarding and inducting new team members, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and team members alike.
- Records Management: Maintain accurate team member records, assist with payroll processes, and support compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Employee Relations: Act as a friendly and professional point of contact for team member inquiries, supporting HR initiatives to enhance team engagement and well-being.
- Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions, maintain training records, and support development programs to promote team member growth and development.
- Administrative Duties: Assist with HR reporting, document preparation, and any additional projects to support the HR team’s objectives.
