Thai Cookery Lecturer

Protocol are delighted to be working in partnership with North East Scotland Colleges to recruit for a part time temporary Thai Cookery Lecturer, teaching various authentic Thai recipes within the Aberdeen City Campus. Role would be temporary for evening classes and will run various cookery topics throughout the academic year.

• to prepare and deliver authentic Thai cooking
• maintain accurate attendance, and results records
• provide constructive feedback to students to help them develop

• Must have food hygiene qualification and ideally be chef or professional cookery qualification
• Previous teaching experience would be an advantage but is not essential
