Teaching Opportunity for Italian Cuisine

Protocol National Limited is seeking a part-time temporary Italian Cookery Lecturer to join their team. This role will involve teaching various authentic Italian recipes at the Aberdeen City Campus. The successful candidate will have a passion for Italian cuisine and the ability to deliver engaging and informative lessons.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver authentic Italian cooking lessons
  • Maintain accurate attendance and results records
  • Provide constructive feedback to students to help them develop

Requirements

  • Must have a food hygiene qualification and ideally be a chef or have a professional cookery qualification
  • Previous teaching experience is an advantage but not essential
