Italian Cookery Instructor

Protocol National Limited is partnering with North East Scotland Colleges to recruit a part-time temporary Italian Cookery Lecturer. The successful candidate will teach various authentic Italian recipes at the Aberdeen City Campus for evening classes, covering a range of cookery topics throughout the academic year.

The Lecturer will be responsible for:

• Preparing and delivering authentic Italian cooking
• Maintaining accurate attendance and results records
• Providing constructive feedback to students to help them develop

Requirements include a food hygiene qualification and ideally a chef or professional cookery qualification. Previous teaching experience is an advantage but not essential.
