Spanish Cookery Instructor

Protocol National Limited is working in partnership with North East Scotland Colleges to recruit a part-time temporary Spanish Cookery Lecturer. The successful candidate will be teaching various authentic Spanish recipes at the Aberdeen City Campus, primarily for evening classes. This is a temporary role that will run throughout the academic year, covering a range of cookery topics. The lecturer will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality cooking lessons, maintaining accurate attendance and results records, and providing constructive feedback to students to help them develop their skills.

• A food hygiene qualification is essential, and a chef or professional cookery qualification is highly desirable.
• Previous teaching experience is advantageous but not necessary.
