Day Shifts, 36 hours per week

£19 per hour + paid breaks

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our client's team and provide high-quality nursing and dementia care to older adults in their fully equipped and upgraded modern nursing home. This position offers day shifts and is an excellent opportunity for a qualified nurse to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

Qualifications
  • RGN or RMN qualification and valid UK NMC Pin
  • Proven experience working in a nursing environment, preferably in a care home or similar setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
  • Passion for providing person-centred care and improving the quality of life for older adults


Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and personalised nursing and dementia care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records in accordance with established protocols
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to create and implement individual care plans
  • Support and supervise care staff, providing guidance and mentorship as needed
