Job Profile Summary:
The Investment Services team is responsible for providing high quality support to Man’s client base globally. The team performs a wide range of duties including handling client queries, assisting in pitch presentation, marketing materials, DDQs/RFPs and reporting. As such the team plays a vital role in all aspects and stages of the client experience provided by the business and is fundamental to the firm’s on-going and future success.
Please note this is a 12m FTC to cover parental leave.
Responsibilities:
Assist with day to day contact with internal and external clients, facilitating their requirements and coordinating internal support where required
Create, edit and manage RFPs (and associated databases) for corporate and product related solutions to an excellent standard
Create, format, and edit pre and post sales marketing materials (including presentations, factsheets, ad hoc materials) at both a corporate, product and client level
Assist with client reporting requirements as required
Work with the wider client services team to manage the entire client experience from initial pitch through to launch
Assist the wider team in the production and checking of internal and external client portfolio analysis requirements
Involvement in a variety of client focused projects
Key Skills & Experience:
Relevant Client Service/Investor Relations/Investment Services experience, ideally within the hedge fund industry or asset management
Proven experience in writing, editing and executing RFPs
Detailed knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word (strong PowerPoint skills highly desirable)
Proven expertise in designing, formatting, editing, and creating marketing and investment materials
Must convey excellent written skills
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Self-starter and goal orientated focus with ability to manage their own time effectively
Strong project time management skills through effective scheduling and planning
Ability to work under pressure to meet demanding deadlines
