As a SCA/Med Techs some of your duties will be to oversee other care workers and take responsibility for the smooth running of the service we provide. SCA/Med Techs administer prescribed drugs in accordance with NMC guidelines and our company policy and procedure. They respond to emergencies and provide guidance and support to care assistants, under the supervision of qualified nursing staff.
We will support you in every step of your Team Leader duties by providing training and career development. We would prefer that you have a Health and Social Care Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent), the desire to care, show empathy towards our elderly residents and want to progress your career within this rewarding field.
