Über deine Tätigkeit:

  • Wöchentliche und monatliche Produktivitätsberichte an den Field Sales Manager
  • Beitrag zum Verkaufserfolg durch die Motivation des Teams hinsichtlich der Zielerreichung gemäß täglicher und monatlicher Leistungskennzahlen
  • Führung und Motivierung eines erstklassigen Teams mittels persönlicher Performance-Gespräche, Events mit Tilbury Theater und allgemeine Linienführung
  • Monatliche Dienstplanung, Budgetierung und Prognose der Gehaltsabrechnung (unter Berücksichtigung der wirtschaftlichen Rahmenbedingungen)
  • Mit Handelspartnern und leitenden Akteuren zusammenarbeiten und als Verbindungsperson für sie fungieren; Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Richtlinien und Verfahren seitens der Marke
  • Überwachung der Lagerbestände durch die Verwaltung von Verkäufen, Audits und Zählungen unter Analyse aller verfügbaren Informationen, um den Field Sales Manager proaktiv zu den Lagerbeständen zu beraten
  • Personalplanung; laufendes Talentmanagement und Nachfolgeplanung für das Team
  • Integres Handeln beim Umgang mit komplexen Personalfragen, Einhalten der Personalrichtlinien und Abläufe, gegebenenfalls unter Inanspruchnahme von Ratschlägen und Beratung
  • Beherrschen der End-to-End-Einstellungsabläufe in deinem Store, proaktive Rekrutierung herausragender Nachwuchskräfte und Bereitstellen einer magischen Bewerbungsatmosphäre für alle Interessent*innen
  • Ermittlung des Weiterbildungsbedarfs des Teams in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Field Training Manager sowie Feedback zu Fortschritten in Bereichen mit Entwicklungspotential
  • Gewährleistung optimaler Kund*innenerlebnisse unter Einbindung der magischen Service-Methodik und Förderung des Markenbewusstseins durch den Aufbau dauerhafter emotionaler Verbindungen zu den Kund*innen
  • Beherrschen deiner eigenen Counter-Kennzahlen und nötiger Schritte, um zukünftige Risiken und Chancen zu verwalten
  • Einschränkungslose Planung des Kalenderjahrs unter Berücksichtigung der Einführung neuer Produkte sowie der Auswirkungen der Aktivitäten/des Marktgeschehens aus dem vorangegangenen Handelsjahr
  • Unternehmerisches Wirken durch das Vorschlagen von Plänen, Veranstaltungen und sonstigen freien Maßnahmen zur Steigerung des Geschäftserfolgs.
