Role Overview

This role will oversee the development of Colour Cosmetics & Formulation products, managing end-to-end NPD processes from inception to launch. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery, utilising your expertise in sales data analysis and colour direction to inform product decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fuel the NPD calendar with innovative product conceptualization, focusing on Colour Cosmetics & Complexion
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery
  • Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to define product marketing hooks and innovation strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contract manufacturers, ensuring seamless product development and supply chain management
  • Lead junior roles, delegating tasks and providing guidance to maximize team output
  • Travel for supplier meetings, trend research, and product development

What You'll Need

  • Extensive experience in colour & complexion product development, ideally in a similar role
