We welcome applications from people who have worked in retail, retail sales, as a retail advisor or may previously have worked in care or in the hospitality industry. Hours: 14.5 hours/week (Saturday & Sunday, Thursday 1hr teams call)

Ideal Location: Basildon, United Kingdom, SS14

The role:

As a Brand Ambassador with CPM, you'll be the Samsung Digital Appliances expert, working side by side with in-store teams to boost sales and brand advocacy. You’ll be an extension of the in-store sales team, working alongside them to drive sales and advocacy for Samsung, and ultimately ensuring Samsung is at the front of their minds.

What you’ll do:

Engage with customers providing them with a memorable and excellent product customer experience Build relationships at all levels within the store to enhance product knowledge. Proactively contribute to a vibrant sales-driven environment.
