About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Manager to join our Boux Avenue team. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales revenue through effective sales and service techniques.
  • Support the Store Manager in recruiting, developing, and motivating the team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and inspire the team to deliver excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Ensure all management controls are in place, including stock management, security, administration, cost control, and health and safety.
  • Introduce new promotions and loyalty schemes to colleagues and customers.
  • Provide regular feedback to colleagues on their performance and ensure they are aware of their goals, targets, and objectives.
  • Demonstrate and establish high levels of customer service by coaching colleagues to deliver the Boux Avenue shopping experience consistently.
  • Support the Store Manager in driving and delivering Balanced Scorecard objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably at supervisor level or above.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for the Boux brand and the ability to become an ambassador for the brand.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Ability to effectively schedule and overcome obstacles to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Ability to react quickly to change and implement it positively.
  • Clear and strong communication skills.
