Store Manager Job Description

The Store Manager is a pivotal role within our Subway franchise, responsible for driving store success and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind your store's sales, profitability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Store Sales and Profitability: Lead the team to achieve sales targets and maintain profitability.
  • Customer Service: Ensure a high standard of service is delivered to customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct weekly stock takes, analyze sales and inventory reports, and implement effective stock control measures.
  • Employee Development: Recruit, train, and develop employees to meet the Subway brand's training requirements, leading by example.
  • Store Presentation: Maintain a clean and well-presented store, adhering to Subway's brand standards.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Implement in-store marketing materials and point-of-purchase displays in line with campaigns.
  • Customer Complaints: Handle unresolved and escalated customer complaints in a professional manner.
