We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our store at the Derbion Centre in Derby. This is a permanent full-time position, 40 hours per week.

About the Role

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving the performance of your store, making good commercial decisions, and liaising with area managers and head office teams to get the right product at the right time to maximize sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive store performance and make commercial decisions to maximize sales
  • Liaise with area managers and head office teams to ensure effective product management
  • Be self-aware and take responsibility for yourself and the performance of your store
