Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the success of your store, driving sales and profitability while delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
  • Recruit, induct, and train employees in line with the Subway brand's training requirements, setting a positive example for your team.
  • Prepare and manage stock and sales paperwork, ensuring accurate inventory management and stock control.
  • Analyze sales and inventory reports to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth.
  • Direct and undertake housekeeping activities, maintaining store cleanliness and presentation to the highest standards.
  • Implement in-store marketing materials and point-of-purchase displays in line with campaigns, enhancing the customer experience.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a high standard of service.

Requirements:

  • Management experience in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on driving business growth and improvement.
