Summary:The System Admin MarketingTechnology will be responsible for managing and optimizing keymarketing technology systems including content and digital assetmanagement platforms. This role involves overseeing technicalfunctionalities ensuring system integration and collaborating withcrossfunctional teams to meet organizational needs and contractualrequirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the content management systemincluding implementation and configuration.
  • Oversee the digital asset management platform ensuringefficient multimedia asset handling.
  • Configureand customize project management tools to streamlineworkflows.
  • Establish governance for businesssystems and serve as a subject matter expert.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translatebusiness requirements into technical solutions.
  • Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues andimplement optimizations.
  • Develop and maintaindocumentation and training materials for internalstakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry bestpractices and emerging technologies to enhance digitalcapabilities.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Proven experience administering AdobeExperience Manager Sites Assets and Adobe Workfront.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Adobe systems includingconfiguration and troubleshooting.
  • Familiaritywith web technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholdercollaboration.
  • Detailoriented with a focus ondelivering highquality solutions on time.
  • Preferred experience in healthcare or regulatedindustries.
  • Adobe Experience Leaguecertifications for Sites Assets and Workfront.

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science InformationTechnology or related field.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe products like ExperienceManager (AEM) Cloud service and Workfront.
  • Knowledge of CSS and HTML.
  • Expertisein maintaining documentation and system maintenance.
  • Experience in marketing and content managementsystems.
