Job Description

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000

We are partnering with a rapidly scaling tech business that offers an increasingly sophisticated suite of products aimed at the talent sector. With a market worth £50 billion in the UK alone, they provide a similar suite of packages to Shopify.

Tech innovations are driving their growth, with plans to double in size again over the next year or so. They are releasing a suite of new products that will provide new revenue streams.

The business operates in a market sector that is continually evolving, technologically immature, but with an appetite to invest in technology to improve efficiency.

The Head of Product Marketing will work closely with product and engineering teams to craft the narrative and proposition, and take it to market.

Duties:

  • Create Marketing Campaigns: Work with marketing teams to drive product launches, updates, go-to-market strategies, and more.
  • Product Positioning: Create a compelling narrative and proposition that drives purchases in an increasingly tech-savvy B2B market.
  • User Journey Mapping: Champion the voice of the customer, and develop an indicative user journey, creating touchpoints to convert them.
  • Community Engagement: Capture feedback, and factor it back in to product development to create a product informed by customer need.
  • Demand Generation: Work with teams to drive demos, trials, and more, using demand gen principles.

Requirements:

  • Extensive product marketing experience in a SaaS business.
  • At least 7 years' experience.
  • Ambitious, having worked in an environment that regularly releases new products and updates.
