The role of NAM is to help design and execute the Commercial Strategy across key customers within the Convenience channel. This is a compelling opportunity for either an existing NAM or an experienced KAM/NAE, to continue to grow their career in an exciting category, with significant scope for future growth.

This permanent position will report to the Account Controller.

Lead and shape the Convenience strategy for the UK market, looking after Booker, Dhamecha, Parfetts, MFG & other RTM customers Build and track FY JBPs for all customers ensuring these align to GPN budgeted targets Work with category management to ensure GPN is seen as the go to supplier for the convenience channel in the UK Build strong relationships with key industry contacts Build out, cost and appropriate promotional & support plans by customer Work with customer & trade marketing to develop appropriate marketing support plans Work with demand forecasting, finance, customer service to ensure both internal & external needs are met Identify and unlock new distribution opportunities across the sector With the support of a KAM, Develop strategy within Booker group to accelerate ON distribution, targeting New Business Via National Convenience customers e.g. Shell /Rontec & Mini Multiple Operators (MMO) groups across the UK

The Skills you will bring to the team

Essential

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in similar commercial environment Ability to influence both cross functionally and at a senior level Self- starter, highly motivated and ambitious Ability to work to stretching targets in a dynamic industry Highly numerate Ability to plan effectively, but also think on their feet High energy, high creativity but ability to work through the basics too Results orientated Interest in sport or health and fitness Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
