**We are Hiring a National Account Manager**

**Amadeo** is a developer and manufacturer of state-of-the-art access control solutions and a unique mechanical master keying system called FreeFlex for hotels, commercials, and residentials, with a solid commitment to excellence. As a companyheadquartered in Vienna with over 35 years of experience in the market, we are present in eight countries and sell our products worldwide.

Apart from its electronic access control, Amadeo has developed a unique mechanical master keying system called FreeFlex, which allows locksmiths and end users to define and change master keying after the cylinders are manufactured and even after installation.

We are looking for an experienced National Account Manager in FreeFlex to join our team in London.

The National Account Manager will operate across the customer matrix, assisting with operational matters and taking ownership of a portfolio of accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to develop the market in the UK with a unique solution.

**Requirements and skills**
- At least five years of confirmed work in sales within the UK mechanical security & hardware market.
- Demonstrable record of achievement and willingness to take on additional responsibility
- Experience collaborating with dealer networks such as Architectural Hardware and locksmiths.
- Able to use data to influence, challenge and enable change
- An analytical thinker with a commercial result-driven mindset.
- Strong business acumen and decision-making skills
- Able to engage with staff at all levels
- An initiative-taker with excellent organisation and presentation skills
- Happy to travel nationally and abroad when required
- Full UK driving licence.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop long-term strategic business plans for assigned accounts
- Development of new accounts
- Manage portfolio mix to maximise profit and value sales
- Specify FreeFlex with Customers & Projects
- Ongoing planning and management of events & exhibitions throughout the trading year, providing supporting analysis where required.
- Lead periodic account review meetings providing insights on drivers of performance
- Prepare for and lead customer-facing meetings.
- Gather critical customer information, understand trading variables, build and negotiate subsequent joint business plans
- Maintain Customer Information in the Company CRM

**Commencement of employment**: 1st Feb 2023

**Job Title**:National Account Manager in FreeFlex, reporting to CEO (UK)

**Place of work**: Company’s office in Mayfair, London

**Hours of work**:40 hours minimum working week from Monday to Friday with such additional hours as are necessary for the proper performance of duties

**Salary**: £45,000-£55,000 per year, depending on skills and experience
