Where will I be based?We, at CCF part of the Travis Perkins Group, have a brilliant opportunity for a Branch sales coordinator to join our collaborative and thriving Sales Team in our buzzing Reading branch. This branch boasts a total of 20 colleagues and 9 delivery vehicles, we have a footfall of around 30 trade customers a dayand do around 40 deliveries a day, so its a busy branch. We have a sales team of 6, who are really close, support one another and all contribute to our fantastic family atmosphere, so you will be in great hands.

Hours - Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5pm No weekend working
What will I be doing?
  • With your new found knowledge or existing product knowledge and as part of a fast-paced sales team, you will be focused on offering the best service through building long term sustainable relationships.
  • Youll provide high quality customer service over the phone, via email and face to face
  • Youll take ownership of a portfolio of customers and developing these to increase the annual
  • spend, you will prepare quotes and be proactive in following these up as well as new leads.
  • Youll be offering a single point of contact for pricing and ordering products for our Customers.
  • Ensure all customer and supplier queries are actioned and resolved in a timely manner.
What are we looking for?We are looking for transferable skills including, exceptional customer service, sales experience and coming from a retail background would be advantageousSomeone that has a friendly outgoing personality, with a Can Do Attitude and that has a thirst for learning
