The successful applicant will be expected to work closely with both internal and external stake holders, providing a range of professional administrative and analytical services to a consistently high standard.

About the role

Support grade role This could be a full or part-time role ( / 35 hours per week) flexibility in this will be considered We know that having a work-life balance is important, so we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible in line with the needs of their role The base location for this role is Greggs House / Hybrid

What you'll do

As a Procurement Administrator, you’ll be responsible for the following tasks:

Assist with day-to-day Procurement administration and compliance matters, working closely with both internal colleagues and Suppliers Be responsible for the day-to day administration of several Procurement systems and processes Provide advice and guidance to colleagues on Procurement related systems, data and processes Maintain operational process documentation Gather and prepare a range of data to prepare relevant documentation As a Team player ensure that skills and processes are shared Be responsible for the completion of data set up Engage and communicate with Suppliers on a range of topics Support any other ad-hoc/ operational duties/ projects as and when required

High level of accuracy with a strong attention to detail Strong analytical and numeracy skills Good interpersonal skills Ability to communicate and influence cross functionally Good written and verbal communication skills Strong IT literacy skills across all Microsoft packages – intermediate level minimum  Results driven Strong planning, organising and problem-solving skills Time management Self-motivated with ability to work under pressure and using own initiative

Desirable but not essential

Prior knowledge or experience in any of the following areas: Import/Export processes P2P Source to Contract Supplier Management Supplier Risk Management
