- Provide administrate support to wider Fleet Procurement team including diary management and logístical planning
- Work with other Biffa departments, attending meetings and providing updates on Capex and ordering workflow, required information, or issuing completed information
- Support Fleet Procurement with the delivery of client rollout programs reporting time management, cost and activity
- Review, create and manage departmental reports inclusive of time keeping, finance and administration management
- Benchmark data for supply management activities
- Participate in spend categorisation and support with contract negotiations


**Our essential requirements**
- Previous experience within a Procurement function
- Confident with all Microsoft Applications including Excel and PowerPoint
- Confident with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
