We are looking to recruit an experienced Office and Facilities Administrator to cover our site in the Cambridge Science Park.

The role is offered on a permanent, full time basis (35 hours per week). Please note, due to the nature of the role, we cannot offer hybrid working.

Working as part of a small team, the duties include the following:

  • Responsibility for the Health & Safety of all staff members on site
  • Purchase order placement
  • Office & Buildings Maintenance (including Fire officer duties)
  • Fixed Asset system maintenance and audit
  • Ordering and stock control of office supplies including stationery, refreshments and catering
  • Answering and transferring of all calls
  • Managing taxi and hotel bookings
  • Arranging shipments via DHL
  • Managing employee forms for travel, visits, publications etc.

Person Specification:

  • Experience of working in a Facilities/ office role previously is essential
  • You must have a strong attention to detail
  • You must have a 'Can-do' attitude, and be able to prioritise your workload
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Sage 200 would be advantageous.
