The Mid Ross Social Work Team is based in Dingwall Health Centre and currently has vacancies equating to two full time social worker posts.

The post is interesting and varied in nature providing a social work service across Mid Ross.

The Team is busy but supportive and is looking for qualified individuals who can work autonomously but also effectively as part of a social work team and wider integrated team to deliver safe and effective social work practice.

Case work will be generic in nature, interesting and varied. Duties include the execution of essential statutory functions; working with individuals, families, carers and wider communities to complete person centred outcome focused assessments; dealing with and managing complex situations and risk, and working effectively in a multi-disciplinary way.

We are looking for enthusiastic practitioners, who have experience of working with people with a wide range of needs and who are person centred and outcome focused in their approach.
