Care Worker - Transition Support
About the RoleWe are recruiting for a Care Worker to support a young man transition into his own tenancy in the village of Conon Bridge. The role involves providing social support within the community and engaging in activities such as football games, cinema trips, and swimming sessions.
What You'll DoAs a Care Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Providing emotional support and companionship to our service user
- Aiding with daily tasks and promoting independence
- Engaging in various activities to promote social interaction and community integration
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An understanding of the needs of individuals with disabilities
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
This is a permanent position, and we offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of £22,000-£25,000, depending on experience and qualifications. You will also receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed in your role.
