Office Manager (m/w/d)
- in Teilzeit (50 - 60% Pensum) -

Ihre Aufgaben

Sie kümmern sich um die reibungslose Organisation unseres Büros. Dabei beschaffen Sie nicht nur Büromaterialien und Getränke, sondern bearbeiten auch die Post sowie Bestellanforderungen und Rechnungen in SAP Als Ansprechpartner:in - intern sowie extern - fühlen Sie sich wohl: Neben der Annahme und Weiterleitung von Telefonaten und Anfragen sind Sie die erste Kontaktperson für unsere Besucher:innen sowie die Hausverwaltung. Darüber hinaus übernehmen Sie auch die Koordination unseres Reinigungsservices und erforderlicher handwerklicher Dienstleistungen. Sie haben Spass am Umgang mit Zahlen und Excel und assistieren unserem lokalen Finance Business Partner bei den Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten. Zudem übernehmen Sie die Erstellung von Auswertungen sowie die Betreuung der Spesenabrechnung. Des Weiteren unterstützen Sie bei der Administration unseres Fuhrparkmanagements und agieren als lokale Schnittstelle zu unserer IT-Abteilung in England. Nach Bedarf übernehmen Sie die Vertretung der Team Assistant.

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung Erfahrung in den Bereichen Rechnungswesen und Assistenz Profi im Umgang mit MS Office - insbesondere Excel Erfahrung in SAP oder einen vergleichbaren ERP-System - Kenntnisse in SAP ARIBA sind ein Plus Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, gepaart mit verbindlichem Auftreten Hohe Teamfähigkeit Selbstständige, proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französisch- und Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil
