Our fast-growing B2B Partner is looking for anAdministration Support Officer to come and join the team on aPart-Time basis. Working patterns will either be 3 or 4 days perweek with hybrid/flexible working depending on your circumstancesand is based in Clevedon.

You will be responsiblefor

  • Administration andsupporting campaign activities to underpin effective day to dayoperations.
  • CRM reports and compiling bespokereports for individual clientneeds
  • Campaignadministrations, briefing team members and scheduling of emailcampaigns
  • Researching prospects to compile datalists
  • Clientadministration
  • Assisting in onboarding clients- such as setting up files, gathering and inputtinginformation
  • Data input, organisation andanalysis - for example, if the client provides Insurance servicesand you notice a few insurance companies in the data then removingthem.
  • Setting up and cross referencing withother sources of data. Will need to love functions like A-Z andfind duplicates
  • Creating and sending follow upemails
  • Carrying out data complianceadministration

AboutYou

To be considered you will haveat least 1-2 years' experience working in an admin role. The belowpoints are important for the successful candidate:

  • Knowledge of administration processesand flows
  • Strong numericalability
  • Strong written and verbal communicationskills
  • Excellent organisational skills withattention to details
  • Proficient user ofExcel/Word
  • Working knowledge of Office365
  • Be a self-motivator used to workingremotely and managing your day to day work
  • Havesome experience working with a variety of software includingbespoke systems (advantage)
  • Able to followprocesses consistently but also allow for the nuances of eachclient and service type
  • Experience of workingin a sales or marketing environment(advantage)
  • You must be eligible to live andwork in the UK at the time you startemployment.
