At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you’ll be doing:

Align optimisation strategies with strategic goals and collaborate with senior leadership. Develop long-term optimisation strategies driving innovation and competitive advantage. Partner with business functions to identify opportunities, implement enhancements, and ensure effective resource utilisation. Lead interventions to identify areas for improvement across business functions. Analyse and redesign existing processes to increase productivity and enhance performance. Utilize data analytics to identify trends and provide actionable insights for informed decision making. Establish key performance indicators to measure the success of optimisation efforts. Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of process improvements and optimisation initiatives.

Your Profile

What we’re looking for:

Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving optimisation and improvement goals. Proven experience in leading optimisation and improvement transformations across several initiatives, programmes, and businesses. Deep understanding and experience of utilising process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, CI other relevant frameworks. Exceptional data analysis and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering data-driven solutions. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams. Project management expertise, with a focus on managing multiple projects and deadlines with a collaborative and adaptable mindset in a fast-paced environment. Confident and experienced in change management principles and experience in leading organisational transformation. Continuous improvement mindset with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends and best practices. Ability to deliver customer and colleague centric changes, ensuring we keep close to adoptability of the practice’s outputs.
