Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist

**CRO Program Management**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) program tailored to enhance the performance of SmileWhite.co.uk and Yorkshire Dental Suite's digital platforms.
- Leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities for enhancing conversion rates and user experience specific to the dental and oral care product journey.

**Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Work closely with designers, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders at SmileWhite.co.uk and Yorkshire Dental Suite to seamlessly integrate CRO initiatives into the overall web development process.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align CRO strategies with the broader business objectives of our dental-focused platforms.

**Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of user behaviour, A/B testing results, and other relevant data specific to SmileWhite.co.uk and Yorkshire Dental Suite to pinpoint optimisation opportunities in the dental and oral care context.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRO tailored to the unique needs of the dental industry.

**Backlog Management**:

- Build and prioritise a backlog of improvements to SmileWhite.co.uk and Yorkshire Dental Suite's web properties based on data-driven insights and strategic priorities within the dental and oral care product space.
- Ensure a continuous flow of optimisation initiatives to enhance the overall user journey for dental and oral care customers.

**A/B Testing**:

- Design and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of changes on conversion rates, specifically in the dental and oral care product category.
- Interpret test results and iterate on strategies to achieve ongoing improvements for SmileWhite.co.uk and Yorkshire Dental Suite.

**What You'll Need**:

- Proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation, demonstrating a track record of driving measurable improvements in conversion metrics, particularly in the dental and oral care sector.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, with a focus on dental and oral care product data.
- Hands-on experience with AB Tasty, Optimisely, VWO, or other A/B testing and personalization tools, tailored to the dental industry.
- Ecommerce experience, with a focus on optimising online shopping experiences for dental and oral care products to increase revenue and new customer acquisition.
- Familiarity with web development processes and collaborative work with web engineers, understanding the specific requirements of SmileWhite.co.uk and Yorkshire Dental Suite.
- Experience working in an Agile environment, showcasing adaptability to change and adept management of timelines, requirements, and communication across teams within the dental and oral care context.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A big plus if you have an understanding of the mindset of dental care enthusiasts, complementing your work in optimising the conversion flow for SmileWhite.co.uk and Yorkshire Dental Suite.
- Fluency in English, as you'll be working in an international environment where English is the business language.
