What you’ll be doing:

Support colleagues with operational procedures to ensure smooth operations and service standards. Conduct Quality Assurance and Risk Audits to monitor compliance and effectiveness. Analyse audit results and provide recommendations to improve operational standards. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Develop and maintain expertise in Underwriting and commercial business for personal growth. Stay updated on governance and change controls for effective procedures.

Your Profile

What we’re looking for:  

Proven experience in a professional service administrative role. Good working knowledge of the overall commercial lines business, including products, systems, and processes advantageous. Ability to work in a fast-moving change environment. Developed analytical skills with proven experience of adaptability to work across different activities and action planning.  Ability to think strategically to understand long and short-term business objectives.  You’ll be pragmatic and a confident decision maker.  Keen to learn and challenge the status quo, able to approach tasks from different perspectives while focusing on helping colleagues and customers. Stay curious: You’ll be perceptive of what our customers, both internally and externally want and bring that knowledge into your work. Be a team player: Able to use your inter-personal and communication skills to collaborate with your stakeholders across the business. 

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
