Our established client In Bolton require Administration support on a part-time temporary basis.

Duties to include but not limited to
- Photocopying
- Filing
- Typing and recording information onto Databases
- Covering Reception
- Answering the phones
- Taking messages
- Arranging appointments for delivery and for pickup of equipment
- Receiving visitors and providing/requesting basic information in a courteous and correct manner to promote a positive image
- Receiving and responding to everyday enquiries from/to customers, escalating requests outside one’s knowledge base to the appropriate person/area
- Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages - Office Word Excel
- Must have good numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to exchange basic information verbally or in writing

Hours - Wednesday 1.30pm - 5pm Thursday + Friday 9am - 5pm

Salary £12.25 Per Hour

Contract Length - 2Months+
