**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Assist in organising and scheduling appointments and meetings
- Conduct accurate data entry tasks to ensure records are up to date. Inclusive of logging information sent from clients and our insurance partners.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints
- Assist in the Sales Process, by chasing certificates, cancelling insurance polies, etc.
- Assisting with quote/requote requests, when necessary
- Be prompt at responding to clients, ensuring they are kept up to date
- Be client focused, always ensuring the best possible outcome for the client
- Keen to expand your product knowledge so that you can answer queries, confidently
- Communicating and Coordinating with colleagues
- Understand internal processes and be confident in referring issues and queries to internal managers or insurer account managers, where necessary
- Be able to build a good rapport with our insurer partners
- A variety of administration tasks to support the wider business with IT, Reporting, Telesales etc.
- Be able to take on a challenge
- Be confident to ask for support, when navigating difficult tasks

**Skills**:

- Strong administrative and clerical skills
- Relevant previous experiences, or have transferable skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Data entry accuracy and speed
- Commitment to professional development and a motivation to make things happen
- Previous experience in an FCA regulated business is desirable but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
